Announcements: Various Forms

Dear parents,

Kindly note that you have to fill up and return the following forms by next Monday.

1. P1 registration forms - have to return even if you are not registering any child for P1 in 2014.
2. Travel declaration form -  have to return a blank form even if you are not travelling during the June holidays.
